LIQUID ANALYZERS

In-Situ Oil in Water
The EXP Oil in Water Analyser is an oil in water analyser that provides unmatched reliability and accuracy to a wide range of applications such as produced water monitoring in the upstream Oil and Gas Industry, and effluent monitoring in the Manufacturing & Chemical Processing industry. The RapidWave Ultrasonic Cleaning and Laser Induced Fluorescence, combined with the small footprint and robust design make it an ideal solution for applications where long periods between service/maintenance intervals are a necessity.

Extractive Oil in Water
The EXS Oil in Water Analyser is a sidestream oil in water analyser that provides unmatched reliability and accuracy to a wide range of applications such as produced water monitoring in the upstream Oil and Gas Industry, and effluent monitoring in the Manufacturing & Chemical Processing industry. The RapidWave Ultrasonic Cleaning and Laser Induced Fluorescence, combined with the small footprint and robust design make it an ideal solution for applications where long periods between service/maintenance intervals are a necessity.
pH/ORP

Turtle Tough pH/ORP probes are specifically engineered for harsh and aggressive process environments, offering a range of features that ensure durability and performance. They are designed without gels or liquid electrolytes, reducing common points of failure and maintenance. The ionically conductive solid-state reference system provides long-term stability, while double and triple junction designs offer superior resistance to chemical attack, significantly extending probe life. These sensors can operate at temperatures up to 150°C and are highly resistant to challenging chemicals such as acid/fluoride, ammonia, cyanide, chlorine, and sulphide gases, making them ideal for the most demanding industrial applications.
Dissolved Oxygen

The SMART2-OPTO Optical Dissolved Oxygen sensor is based on luminescent optical technology and is approved by the ASTM International Method D888-05.
Without calibration requirements and ultra-low power technology, the sensor meets the demands of field works and short or long-term campaigns.
Conductivity

Sensor stores temperature and cell constant calibrations including days in use since they were performed
Redundant O-ring seals used on all versions for high on-stream reliability and long sensor service lifetime
Suitable for a measurement ranging from 20 to 200,000 μS/cm with outstanding chemical resistance for a wide variety of media Open front-end geometry resists clogging and reduces maintenance. Ideal for remote installations Available in cell constants of K=0.1/cm, K=0.2/cm, K=1.0/cm & K=2.0/cm
Turbidity

Dual IR Beam (90° + 135°) for high measurement accuracy < ±2% Smart Sensor Technology directly integrates with your industrial network or with Turtle Tough Smart Analysers High-quality materials and superior construction for industrial applications. Highly stable near-monochromatic infrared light source avoids the interference of chroma in liquid and external visible light influence Built-in luminosity compensation provides improved measurement accuracy A high-quality quartz lens greatly improves the optical transmittance
